All security officers are registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), have received prescribed training through an accredited training provider, and are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their duties.

Uniforms and Identification

Our security officers wear distinctive uniforms that are easily recognizable. They also carry identification badges with their name and photograph, which must be visible at all times. This helps to ensure that our clients can easily identify our security personnel and have confidence in their ability to provide safety and security.

Mobile Supervision

To ensure that our security officers are providing the highest quality of service, we have a mobile supervisor who pays regular visits to our client’s site day and night. The supervisor provides support, guidance, and checks on the performance of our security personnel. This helps to ensure that our services meet our high standards and that our clients feel secure.

Control Room

We have a 24-hour control room that is staffed by trained personnel. The control room is responsible for checking in with our security officers regularly, day and night. This helps to ensure that our security personnel are performing their duties and that any incidents are promptly reported and addressed.

Communication

We believe that communication is key to providing quality security services. Our security personnel are equipped with hand-held radios to ensure regular contact between themselves, the mobile supervisor, and the control room. This helps to ensure that our clients receive prompt and effective communication about any incidents or concerns.

Service Area

We are based in Cape Town and provide our services throughout the province. Our services are available on a contractual basis, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their security needs are met.
